Ali Modabber was born in Chaharbarj County, part of West Azerbaijan Province. He completed his elementary education in the city of Chaharbarj. He then entered the city of Bonab in West Azerbaijan to pursue his secondary education.
Afterwards, he had the opportunity to study seminary sciences and, by entering the Islamic seminaries (Hawzas), benefited from the teachings of the masters and scholars of that era. From 1981 to 1985, he studied at the Vali-e Asr (AJ) Religious School located in Bonab, West Azerbaijan.
Following this four-year period, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber migrated to the Qom Seminary and until 1994, learned various seminary subjects from the scholars and teachers of that time. He studied Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Usul (Principles of Jurisprudence) under great masters such as Grand Ayatollahs Payani, Etemadi, Sheikh Javad Tabrizi, Fazel Lankarani, and Vahid Khorasani.
He did not confine himself to Fiqh and Usul and studied Philosophy and Irfan (Mysticism) under the esteemed Allamah Hassanzadeh Amoli for four years. He also studied Tafsir (Quranic Exegesis) under Ayatollah Javadi Amoli.
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber not only dedicated himself to seminary studies but also decided to pursue academic education. In this regard, he obtained his Master's degree in Political Science from Tbilisi University and subsequently received his Ph.D. in History of Philosophy from the same university.
🌏 International and Propagation Background of Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber Chaharbarj
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber was not only dedicated to acquiring knowledge but also had great motivation for propagating the noble religion of Islam to those thirsty for knowledge and truth.
After many years of engagement in propagation and academic activities in Georgia, he was deported following the Velvet Revolution in Georgia and returned to Iran in 1994.
In 2012, he was dispatched by the Office of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow endure) to Germany and spent several months carrying out activities in Munich.
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber Chaharbarj registered the International Oways al-Qarani Institute in Qom. Since then, he has been conducting cultural, scientific, and religious activities in Russia (Moscow and the Autonomous Republic of Bashkortostan).
✍ Works and Achievements of Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber has left behind various lasting achievements. He has established numerous cultural buildings outside Iran's borders to promote the pure Muhammadan Islam (PBUH). Among these are the construction of Hussainiyah Al-Aba in Tbilisi, Georgia, and the establishment of a Hussainiyah in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber has also authored several books, including:

It is worth mentioning that Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Modabber is the founder and originator of the "Action-Reaction" school of thought.
